The President Has A Constitutional Right To Fill A Supreme Court Seat

The Democrats are over the top in their threats if Trump fills the vacant Supreme Court seat. Pelosi says, "We have a constitutional obligation here."

Pelosi is constantly throwing the constitution in our faces suggesting Trump and the Republicans are doing something against it. She hopes the people watching the left wing news don't know the constitution and what it says on this subject. 

The problem for Democrats is the President has a constitutional right to fill the vacant seat. Period! There is no disagreements on this point. 

Yet, Biden says we're in a constitutional crisis. What's the crisis?

This may be a crisis in the eyes of the Left, it's not a constitutional crisis. Nobody on the Right is going against the constitution, and everyone on the Right is fired up excited about Trump being able to appoint another Supreme Court Justice. This will make his third.

The Senates Roll In Selecting A Supreme Court Justice

The President nominates a Judge for the vacant seat, but it's up to the Senate to vote to approve the nomination. 

However, the Senate can choose to not put the nomination on the floor and do a vote. 

In 2016 when Anthony Scalia died and Obama was President he nominated Garland. But, the Senate controlled by Republicans would not take it on and vote. This infuriated many Democrats and excited many Republicans. 

It's very common that when one party has the Presidency and the other party has the Senate, the Senate just simply doesn't vote for a Supreme Court justice in an election year. This is precedence. This is what happened in 2016. 

When one party controls both the Presidency AND the Senate, then they do vote on the nomination in an election year.

It's as simple as this.

Democrats Are Saying RBG's Final Wish Was...

According to Democrats, Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, dictated a dying wish to her granddaughter... “My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.”

Did she really make this dying wish, or is this yet another concocted strategy of the Democrats?

RBG was a straight shooting judge. Here's a video of what she said about a Presidents powers in his 4th year...

RBG knows the law. RBG is NOT political, but instead is a legal eagle who follows the laws to a "T". Does it make any sense at all that RBG would make a dying wish like that when she knows there's no legal basis for it, not to mention, this would be a "political statement" and RBG is not political?

Watching RBG's rulings and discussions over the years leads us to one conclusion... This is yet another desperate attempt by Democrats to manipulate Republicans to not vote in a new judge for the vacant seat on the Supreme Court. 

RBG would NEVER make a political statement while alive or on her death bed. The law is to ingrained in every fiber of her being, which is why she was so highly respected. Many didn't agree with her ruling, but you can't dispute her commitment to the law.
