Part 3 - Defending The Contract, Our Constitution: The Law Of The Land That Protects Us Citizens & Limits Government
The goal of evil, power-hungry people is to ensure we never unite to protect the one thing that stands in the way of total control: The United States Constitution.

The Ultimate Roadblock
The Constitution was designed with a single, brilliant purpose:
To protect the citizens by keeping power in the hands of "We the People" and out of the hands of bureaucrats in Washington D.C. It acts as a legal cage that limits what the government can do.
For those who crave absolute power, the Constitution is an infuriating obstacle.
The Architects of Division
There will always be those who hunger for control. Today, it is often a class of elites and the ultra-wealthy who have the resources to buy influence, trade favors, and—most dangerously—control the media narrative.
They use their wealth to push a specific agenda, but their ultimate prize is the power that currently belongs to you.
The Shield vs. The Sword
The Constitution is the shield that protects us from tyranny. For those with a radical agenda, that shield must be broken.
They know they cannot take your freedom by force as long as you are united, so they seek to take it by deception. They want you to trade your constitutional birthright for a system where they hold the power and you hold the "narrative" they sold you.
To "wake up" is to realize that...
...the people you’ve been told to hate is actually your greatest ally in the fight to stay free, and likewise,
...the people you've been told to love are the people helping to push this anti-American agenda forward.
It’s to realize that your anger is often being manufactured by people who profit from your division.
The Wake-Up Call
The "evil" that seeks to end our way of life relies on your exhaustion and your compliance. They want you to give up, to believe that your neighbor is your enemy, and to accept a "new normal" of government control.
But people who are awake—who focus on their shared faith, their love of country, and the preservation of the Constitution—cannot be ruled by fear. When we stop being puppets and start being neighbors again, the narrative of division loses its power.
Since this is a discussion ultimately about the Constitution, let’s take a look at a few other ways power hungry people are circumventing it or weakening it…
The 10th Amendment: The Final Line of Defense
If the Constitution is a shield like we discussed in Part 1, the 10th Amendment is the lock on the door.
It is one of the shortest amendments, yet it is arguably the most dangerous to those who crave centralized control. It states:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
The "Permission Slip" Principle
Most people believe the government "grants" us rights. The 10th Amendment proves the opposite: The People grant limited "permissions" to the government.
Oh how Democrats, especially the progressive liberal Democrats, hate this!
Our Founders understood that power is like fire—useful in a small, controlled fireplace (local government), but deadly if it spreads throughout the whole house (a massive federal bureaucracy).
The 10th Amendment was designed to keep power "local," where you can see it, touch it, and hold it accountable.
Why the Elites Ignore It
The power-hungry "elites" and "bureaucrats" you see today hate the 10th Amendment because it stands in the way of a "one-size-fits-all" agenda.
- If they can't control the federal government to force their will on all 50 states, they lose their ability to push a national narrative.
- By ignoring this amendment, they have slowly shifted power away from your community and into the hands of unelected officials in Washington D.C.
Waking Up to Your Authority
When we talk about "The People having the power," we aren't just using a catchphrase—we are citing the 10th Amendment.
To wake up and stop being a puppet is to realize that the federal government is legally "staying in a lane" that was meant to be very narrow.
When we unite to demand that the 10th Amendment be honored, we aren't just fighting for a law; we are fighting to bring the power back to our own front porches. We are reclaiming the right to live as a free and sovereign people, exactly as the Founders intended.
The "Bribe" and the "Hammer": How the 10th Amendment is Bypassed
While the 10th Amendment legally reserves power for the States and the People, the Federal Government has found a "backdoor" to control: Fiscal Blackmail.
Because the Federal Government collects a massive amount of tax revenue from the citizens, they hold the keys to the funding that States rely on for things like highways, education, and law enforcement.
The strategy is simple but devastatingly effective.
If a State refuses to comply with a federal "request" that isn't actually a law, Washington D.C. simply threatens to withhold billions of dollars in funding.
This is how they "nationalize" policies—like drinking ages, educational curriculums, or medical mandates—without ever having the Constitutional authority to do so. They turn the States into "administrative provinces" by making them financially dependent on the very bureaucracy that is supposed to be limited.
The Illusion of Choice
This manipulation creates a "false choice" for State leaders. They can either stand up for their citizens’ Constitutional rights and lose the funding for their roads and schools, or they can bow to Washington to keep the money flowing.
This is a primary tool used by the "power-hungry elites" to ensure that no matter where you live, the narrative remains the same. It’s a way of "buying" the power they weren't legally given and circumvent the Constitution.
To truly "wake up," we must realize that as long as our States are dependent on federal "handouts," our 10th Amendment protections are effectively being sold to the highest bidder.
Democrats who want centralized power from the federal government will run a states budget into the ground making the state dependent upon the federal government. Then if a Republican should win the governor in the state that Republican governor is immediately under the control of the federal government.
There are many strategies in place to circumvent the intent and purpose of the Constitution with the ultimate objective to weaken it to the point where it’s no longer the “law of the land”.
If all of this isn’t enough, the Left/Democrats have another key tactic they’re using to break the “Contract With America” and destroy the Constitution…
The "Living Document" Deception: Breaking the American Contract
If you sign a contract for a home, you expect the terms to remain the same until the house is paid off. You wouldn't accept the bank changing the interest rate or the price three years later just because "times have changed."
Yet, this is exactly what the "Living Document" philosophy attempts to do to the Constitution.
The Strategy of Re-Interpretation
The "Left" and many power-hungry politicians promote the idea that the Constitution is "living" and must evolve to reflect modern values. While this sounds progressive, it is actually a dangerous move to bypass the law.
- Fixed Law vs. Fluid Feelings: When the Constitution is "the Law of the Land," it is a fixed anchor. It means the government's power is limited by the actual words on the page.
- The "Living" Loophole: When it becomes "living," the words no longer matter. Their meaning is replaced by the "interpretations" of judges. This allows politicians to enact policies—like the expansion of the bureaucracy or the restriction of rights—that the Founders never authorized and the people never voted for.
To help the corrupt in government, we've also watched many laws get passed which protects the corrupt from being prosecuted making them immune to breaking laws that would put a citizen in jail for many years.
This is happening both in Congress to protect people in Congress, and at the state level.
The Role of the Supreme Court
This is why there is such a desperate, well-funded fight over Supreme Court Justices.
- The Constitutionalist: A "Textualist" or "Originalist" judge believes their job is to apply the law as it was written. They act as a referee, ensuring the government stays in its lane.
- The "Liberal" Justice: A judge who follows the "Living Document" philosophy acts more like a legislator. Instead of following the law, they "create" new law from the bench.
By seating judges who believe the Constitution should "change with the times," the elites can effectively rewrite the rules of America without ever having to pass a new Amendment. They aren't "updating" the Constitution; they are dismantling the contract that protects your freedom.
Getting Around Article V
This is also how the Left works around Article V.
The process for changing the Constitution is outlined in Article V (the section of the original document that provides the "instruction manual" for amendments).
Article V was designed to make the Constitution stable but not stagnant. The Founders wanted to ensure that any change had "broad consensus" across the nation, rather than just the support of a simple majority or a single powerful group.
The Two-Step Process of Article V
There are two main stages to changing the "Law of the Land," and both require overwhelming agreement:
1. The Proposal Stage
To even suggest a change, one of two things must happen:
- Congressional Action: Two-thirds ($2/3$) of both the House of Representatives and the Senate must vote to propose an amendment.
- National Convention: Two-thirds ($2/3$) of the State Legislatures can call for a national convention to propose amendments (this method has never been fully used, but it exists as a "emergency valve" if Congress refuses to act).
2. The Ratification Stage (The Final Seal)
Once an amendment is proposed, it does not become law until it is ratified by the States. This is the ultimate "check" on federal power:
- State Legislatures: Three-fourths ($3/4$) of the State Legislatures must vote to approve it.
- State Conventions: Alternatively, three-fourths ($3/4$) of specially called state ratifying conventions must approve it.
To get around all of this knowing the majority of the country would not support the kind of changes the progressive Democrat wing wants, they consider the Constitution a “living document” where liberal justices on the supreme court can change the original intent behind the different parts of the Constitution.
This is also why you consistently hear Democrats talk about “stuffing the supreme court” with another 4 liberal justices… to change the constitution to push their tyranny upon us.
Like shared above, imagine a judge changing the contract you signed when buying a home and deciding you need to pay a higher interest rate, or deciding instead of it being a 30 year loan it will now be a 20 year loan with a higher payment.
This is what liberal justices are doing with our Constitution which is suppose to be the law of the land and was designed to protect us citizens and limit the government!
Why This Matters for Unity
When the law is fluid, whoever holds the most power or has the most money to influence the "narrative" gets to decide what your rights are today. This creates a state of constant fear and division.
To reclaim our country, we must return to the belief that the Constitution is a fixed contract. It was designed to be difficult to change for a reason: to protect "We the People" from the whims of powerful elites who want to move the goalposts whenever it suits their agenda.
The Choice to Stand
You have to remember, throughout history, there have always been those who crave power. The playbook they use to gain that power is well-established, and it is currently in play across America. It boils down to two final moves:
- Control the Narrative: Use great wealth to dominate the media, discredit dissenters, and weaponize the law to silence anyone who dares to point out the truth.
- Disarm the Citizens: This isn’t just about taking away physical means of defense (the 2nd Amendment); it is about taking away your voice (the 1st Amendment). If you cannot speak freely and you cannot defend your home, you are no longer a citizen—you are a subject.
Conclusion: Our Shared Mission
The Constitution was built to be a permanent roadblock to for power hungry people. It is a legal cage designed to keep the "fire" of government from consuming the house of the people. But a cage only works if there are people willing to stand guard at the door.
The architects of division want you tired.
They want you angry at your neighbor so that you don't notice them picking the lock on our freedom.
They want you to believe the Constitution is a "living" thing that they can mold, rather than the fixed contract that protects your life, your family, and your future.
Wake up. Your neighbor is not your enemy—the person telling you to hate your neighbor is.
Our unity is not just a "nice idea"; it is our only defense.
When we stand together on the pillars of Faith, Patriotism, and the Constitution, the strings of the narrative are cut.
We stop being puppets,
we stop being pawns, and
we become what we were always meant to be: The People.
Stand for the Mission.
Defend the Contract.
Protect America.
